Toivomme mahdollisimman paljon tapahtumia varsinaisena DipDay-päivänä 2.9.2013, mutta kaikki DIPday-tapahtumat 30.8.-7.9. ovat tervetulleita.
Tapahtuman voi ilmoittaa Dipday Facebook-sivulla tai twitterissä (hashtag #dipday2014). Olisi mahtavaa, jos jälkeenpäin voisit lähettää meille blogiin muutamia kuvia ja/tai kirjoittaa muutaman sanasen tapahtumasta - niin saamme ajan myötä hienon DIPday-arkiston! (Tapahtumia voi ilmoittaa myös blogiin ennen tapahtumaa, alla ohjeet!)
Lähetä tietoa tapahtumastasi etukäteen tai kuvausta jälkikäteen blogiin:
Lähetä tiedot sähköpostilla osoitteeseen dipdayproject.2014@blogger.com - ne julkaistaan tarkistuksen jälkeen.
Viestiin tiedot:
- OTSIKKOKENTTÄÄN: DipDay: *tapahtuman tai paikan nimi*
- Tapahtumapaikka (osoite, kaupunki, maa)
- Päivämäärä ja kellonaika
- Järjestäjä + julkiset yhteystiedot
- Mitä tapahtumassa tehdään? Mitä osallistujien pitäisi ottaa mukaan ja mitä löytyy paikan päältä. Ja muu tärkeä informaatio.
Voit lähettää myös kuvia. Lähetä kuvat mieluiten jpg - muodossa. Älä jätä viestiin informaatiota, jota et halua julkaista.
HUOM.! Muut liitteet kuin jpg-kuvat (esim. PDF, word-tiedostot, ppt-tiedostot jne.) EIVÄT TULE PERILLE. Kirjoita siis asia viestikenttään normaalina sähköpostitekstinä.

Want to organise your own DIPDay event?
It's easy - just tell us where (full address) and at what time and who are welcome! We wish to see as many DIPday events as possible on the official DIPDay on September 2, 2014, but also other dip-events between August 30 - September 7 are welcome! (You may also send some preinfo to blog, before the event; read instructions below)
You may info about your DIPday event at DIPday Facebook-page or twitter (hashtag #dipday2014). It would be also great, if you could send us some pictures and/or write a few words about your event to this blog - and with time we could build a beautiful DIPday archive!
Please include in the email:
- SUBJECT: DipDay: *event name or place name*
- Venue (address, town/village, country)
- Date and time
- Organizer + public contact information
- What will be / was happening? If you send pre-information: What should the people taking part to the event take with them and what can be found on the site? ...and all the other information you consider important.
You can also send photos(jpg - files). Don't leave any information that you don't want to publish in email message.
NOTE! Other attachments other than jpg images won't come through (for example PDF, word files, ppt files etc.) Please don't use other than image attachments but write the text to the message field normally.
